What personal data do we process?

Depending on your relationship with our organisation, we process (some of) the following data:

• First and last name, address details, phone number and email address.
• Job title and function details.
• Data about historical participation in events.
• Bank account number.
• Data about your activity on our website.
• Data we receive via the contact form.
• Video recordings of visits to our premises.

For what purposes do we process data?

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Maintaining financial administration.
• Processing and fulfilling assignments.
• Organising (client) events.
• Carrying out acquisition activities.
• Sending newsletters or mailings.
• Maintaining an applicant administration.
• Camera surveillance and monitoring of website visits.

Legal basis: We process on the basis of consent, contract or legitimate interest (Article 6 GDPR). We do not use automated decision-making.

Retention periods & sharing with third parties

We do not retain data longer than necessary or legally required (for example for the tax authorities). After the period has elapsed, data is deleted or anonymised.

We do not share personal data with third parties unless this is necessary for the agreement or a legal obligation. We have concluded a data processing agreement with processors. Data is in principle not transferred outside the EEA, unless appropriate safeguards are in place (such as standard contractual clauses).

Cookies & privacy

We keep it simple: we do not use cookies.

We care about your privacy and that of your visitors. That is why we use Plausible Analytics for our statistics. This is an open-source and privacy-friendly alternative to Google Analytics that:

• Places no cookies on your device.
• Collects no personal data.
• Shares no information with advertising networks (such as Google or Facebook).
• Fully complies with GDPR, CCPA and PECR legislation.

Because we do not use tracking cookies, we also do not need to bother you with irritating cookie banners. You visit our website completely anonymously.

Your rights

You have the following rights with regard to your data:

• Right of access: View what data we hold and why.
• Right to rectification: Amend or supplement data.
• Right to erasure: Deletion of data without undue delay.
• Right to restriction: If you believe data is incorrect or unnecessary.
• Right to data portability: Receive your data for your own reuse.
• Withdrawal of consent: Possible at any time (applies to future processing).
• Right to object: Against the processing of your data.

Would you like to exercise your rights? Contact our Privacy Manager. We respond within four weeks at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security
